Route

Race

A key moment occurred on the last steep mountain 15 kilometers to the finish line. Peloton burst, and the sprinters were in the second group. The first one left three dozen riders, and almost in full force of Team Sky . Team Katusha worked most of all in the pursuit, Liquigas-Cannondale helped her, but the leaders of the second peloton fragment did not overtake the leaders. Sky worked in the first group; Quick Step provided some help. The monolithic leaders reached the finish line, where the delivery of Sky quite early opened by Edwald Boasson Hagen . The strong striker managed to stay first in the last 200 meters, ahead of Herald Chiolek and Borut Bozhich .
