Rogozin, Georgy Georgievich

• Georgy Georgievich Rogozin was born on August 7, 1942 in the city of Vladivostok in the family of a naval officer Georgy Petrovich Rogozin (1915-1987) and Maria Grigoryevna Rogozina (virgin Loktionova) (1915-2009).
• In 1959 he entered the Vladivostok Shipbuilding College of the Primorsky Economic Council and graduated in 1962 with a degree in Ship Power Plants.
• In 1962-1965 served in the Armed Forces of the USSR (Special Purpose Brigade of the GRU of the General Staff of the USSR Armed Forces of the USSR, Ussuriysk).
• In 1969 he graduated from the Higher Red Banner School ("VKH") of the KGB , the 1st faculty (counterintelligence, specialty - military counterintelligence).
• Until 1972, he served as an officer in the ships of the hydrographic service of the Pacific Fleet .
• In the years 1972-1975. He studied at the graduate school of the KGB of the KGB, the 1st special department (the basics of counterintelligence), received the degree of candidate of legal sciences. He was left to teach at the VKSh, at the 3rd special department (military counterintelligence).
• In 1978-1980 - Senior Commissioner, then Senior Researcher, Operational and Analytical Service of the 3rd Directorate of the KGB of the USSR (military counterintelligence).
• In 1980-1983 - Senior researcher, and later deputy head of one of the laboratories of the KGB Research Institute, major (worked in the departmental Research Institute "Forecast" - the development of issues of protecting state secrets and state secrets).
• In 1983-1985 - Senior operational officer of the information and analytical department in the Primorsky Territorial Administration of the KGB in Vladivostok (wore the uniform of a captain of the 2nd rank).

• In 1986 - assistant to the head of department in the same 2nd Main Directorate, lieutenant colonel,
• In 1987 - Deputy Head of the same department.
• In 1988-1992 worked at the Institute for Security Problems (Research Institute of the KGB) as a scientific consultant of the 1st department. He was engaged in research, operational work in the structure of the KGB, worked in the presidential structure.
• In 1992-1996 - First Deputy Head of the Security Service of the President of the Russian Federation He dealt with issues of astrology , telekinesis and parapsychology . Got the pseudonym " Merlin Kremlin" (or " Nostradamus in uniform").
• In 1994 - Major General of the FSB of Russia.
• February 28, 1996 became a member of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Protection of State Secrets (ex officio). He was relieved of his duties as First Deputy Head of the Security Service of the President of the Russian Federation.
• In 1997, he manages an investment company associated with the MIGO MAPO . Consultant of SBS-Agro Bank.
• In April 1998, he was appointed Director of the Strategic Planning Department of Elbim Bank . Director of the Research Institute of Experimental and Practical Psychology.
• Until 2011, he was the chief consultant of the JURIF Corporation. Vice President of the Law and Order Foundation.

He was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery.

There is a son, a daughter and 2 grandchildren.
