Kostochkovsky Village Council ( Ukrainian. Кісточківська сільська рада , Crimean tat. Büyük Eşkene köy şurası ) is an administrative-territorial unit nominally located in the Nizhnegorsky District of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of Ukraine .

According to the 2001 census, the population is about 2 thousand people, the area is more than 26 km² [4] .
The council was formed in 1977.
By 2014, the village council consisted of 2 villages:
- Stone wall
- Frunze
Since 2014, Kostochkovskoye rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
