Biography
Born in 1896 in Bobruisk (now Mogilev region , Belarus ) in a Jewish family. He entered the Kharkov Institute of Technology in 1916 , but in connection with the revolution, the Civil War and the devastation, he was able to finish it only in 1924 . After graduation, he worked at KhPZ as a designer, senior designer, head of the design department of the diesel department of the plant, and since 1931 - head of the design bureau for diesel engines. Since 1939 - Deputy Chief Designer of Plant No. 75 , since 1941 - Deputy Chief Designer of SKB-75 of the Kirov Plant in Chelyabinsk . He taught at the Chelyabinsk Engineering College . He died in 1976 in Chelyabinsk .
