Erotic Museum of Beata Ouze is a museum in Berlin. It was opened in 1996 by the entrepreneur Beata Uze and is located next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church between Kurfürstendamm and the Zoological Garden station in the western part of the city. This private museum, located above the Beate Uhse Sex-Shop sex shop, presents on 3 floors, the exhibition area of which is 2,000 m², approximately 5,000 exhibits of eroticism of all time and people mainly in valuable originals.
The exhibition shows many Japanese and Chinese illustrations of recent centuries, Indian miniatures, Persian harem scenes, as well as phallic motifs and an original phallus casket from Japan. From Indonesia, sculptures of fertility are represented, from Africa you can see dance and genital masks. From Europe, mainly erotic graphics are presented, as well as the first condoms . Especially for Berlin, the exhibition of erotic works by Heinrich Zille and Magnus Hirschfeld was expanded. In the cinema, without interruption, the world's first pornographic films from France, Bohemia and Hungary are shown.
Currently, the building is demolished and the museum has left. There is no information on opening in a new place.
