Biography

Vitaliy Alikberov, a Lezgin by nationality, was born in 1944 in the village Tsapovka of the Vinnitsa region of Ukraine [1] .

In 1976 he graduated from the Odessa Art College. M. B. Grekov.

In 1984 he completed his studies at the faculty of painting of the Kiev Art Institute.

Since 1984 he worked as a teacher in the Odessa State Art School named. M. B. Grekov.

Creativity

Exhibition activities began in 1984 . Vitaly Alikberov's works were exhibited in Moscow , St. Petersburg , Kiev , Odessa and Kharkov .

In 1994, the Russian-Ukrainian cultural and educational program “Painting by Vitaliy Alikberov” began its work.

Alikberov’s works are in public and private collections in 17 countries, including the collection of ex-Russian President Boris Yeltsin, ex-US President Bill Clinton, ex-President of Moldova Peter Lucinschi, ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, Metropolitan of Kiev and All Ukraine Vladimir and Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill [2] .
