Rocket Design
The first (and only) stage of the rocket consists of a cylinder with liquid oxygen fixed at the top and a cylindrical solid propellant rocket engine, which uses a large volume of cured polyurethane as fuel. The displacement of liquid oxygen is carried out by compressed helium . Engine operation can be controlled by command from the ground by shutting off the oxygen valve.
The missile body is made of ordinary structural steel, the tank with liquid oxygen is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

Bad launch June 3, 2011
After the first unsuccessful launch attempt on September 5, 2010, when the oxygen valve did not heat up, the second was (for the launch vehicle) partially successful: the rocket exceeded the speed of sound and rose to a height of 2.8 km, after which, due to an unacceptable deviation from the vertical, by 21 The second second of the flight the engine was turned off on command from the ground. The rocket parachutes and capsules only partially opened. The missile fell into the Baltic Sea 3.5 km from the launch site, overload during flooding amounted to 26G.
