Content
History
Near the village of Rogoshchi, the remains of the annalistic city of Orgosh were found (mentioned in the annals under 1159). Three dwellings of the times of Kievan Rus (IX – XII centuries) were studied [2] .
In the 19th century, the village of Rogosh was part of the Kholyavinsky volost of the Chernihiv district of the Chernihiv province. In the village was the Assumption Church. Priests of the Assumption Church [3] :
