Content
Biography
In 1911 he graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Imperial Kharkov University and first worked in the clinic faculty therapy.
Since 1916 to 1925. worked in the hospital therapy clinic of the Yerevan Medical Institute ; from 1925 he headed the department of internal diseases at the institute, in 1937 was the rector of the institute.
Scientific Activities
He studied issues of balneology, viticulture, diagnosis of myocardial infarction, rheumatism, internal diseases.

The clinic of hospital therapy of the Yerevan Medical Institute and one of the central streets of the city of Yerevan are named after A. A. Melik-Adamyan.
