Zhemchuzhinsky Village Council ( Ukrainian: Zhemchuzhinskaya Silska Rada , Crimean-Tat. Çotı köy şurası ) is an administrative-territorial unit in the Nizhnegorsky district as part of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of Ukraine (actually until 2014), earlier until 1991 as part of the Crimean Region of the Ukrainian SSR in the USSR .

The Village Council was formed in the period from 1968, when the Pearl was still part of the Garden Village Council [1] , until 1977, when the Zhemchuzhinsky Village Council already existed [2] .
The population according to the 2001 census is over 2.3 thousand people for 2001, the council area is about 30 km² [3] .
By 2014, the village council consisted of 3 villages:
- Pearl
- Foam
- Riverine
Since 2014, the Zhemchuzhinsky rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
