Deryugin, Boris Ivanovich

Boris Ivanovich Deryugin ( June 1916 , Mozhga , Vyatka province - November 5, 1979 , Saratov ) - Soviet state and party leader, member of the CPSU Central Committee from 1956 to 1961. Over the years, he held the posts of first secretary of the Novosibirsk regional committee of the CPSU (1955-1957), second secretary of the Novosibirsk (? -1955) and Omsk (1957-1960) regional committees of the CPSU, chairman of the Khabarovsk regional executive committee (1960-1962), as well as some other party and state posts.

Born in June 1916 in the village of Mozhga, Yelabuga district, Vyatka province .

From July to September 1936 - Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of Sawmill No. 1, head of the regional pioneer camps ( Udmurt Autonomous Region ). From July to September 1936 - Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Svet Plant ( Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ). From September 1935 to January 1936 he studied at the Izhevsk Pedagogical Institute (now - Udmurt State University). From January to June 1936 - an employee of the Scientific Research Institute of Mechanics and Mathematics. From June to September 1936 - student of Tomsk courses for training in a higher educational institution. From September 1936 to June 1941 he studied at the Tomsk Industrial Institute named after S. M. Kirov (now Tomsk Polytechnic University).

From March 1941 to May 1948 - technical inspector of the Department of Chief Power Engineer, shop manager, deputy chief power engineer, chief power engineer of Plant No. 153 of the People’s Commissariat - USSR Ministry of Aviation Industry . From May 1948 to February 1951, he was the party organizer of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, plant No. 153 of the USSR Ministry of Aviation Industry.

From February to March 1951 - Head of the Heavy Industry Department of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.). From April 1951 to September 1952, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Novosibirsk City Committee of the CPSU (B.). From September 1952 to? - Secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) - CPSU. WITH ? until August 1955 - 2nd Secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU. From August 1955 to May 1957, he was the 1st Secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the CPSU.

From May to December 1957, he attended traineeship courses at the Central Committee of the CPSU. From December 1957 to February 1960 - 2nd Secretary of the Omsk Regional Committee of the CPSU. From February 18, 1960 to May 4, 1962 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Khabarovsk Regional Council.

From June 1962 to April 1963, he was the head of the Energy Department of the CHX of the Saratov Economic Administrative Region. From April 1963 to November 5, 1979 - manager of the Saratovenergo regional energy department. He died in Saratov on November 5, 1979.
