Vessel History
The Quiet Don was built under serial number 330 at the VEB Elbewerft Boizenburg / Rosslau shipyard in Boyzenburg on the banks of the Elbe River in the German Democratic Republic in 1977 . The vessel is one of the ships of Project 301 (type Vladimir Ilyich, Project 301 ), the German designation is BiFa 125M (German: Binnenfahrgastschiff), the vessel is 125 meters. The ship underwent modernization in 2005 in Romania by special order of the American owner. [6] It is a floating 4-star Hotel and is the largest, newest and most "quiet" in the sense of a noiseless ship in Samara. In 2009, he carried out cruises from Samara.
