Biography
He studied under Horatio Radulescu (1985-1988) and at the Paris Conservatory under Ivo Malek and Gerard Grise , graduated in 1991 (first prize for composition). He studied at scholarships in Darmstadt (1988), at the Villa Medici in Rome (1989), and was a scholarship holder at the French Academy in Rome (1993-1994). At the invitation of Henri Dutillot, in 1995 he worked at the Tanglewood Music Center in Massachusetts . In the 1990s and 2000s, he was a guest composer of a number of French orchestras (including the Brittany Orchestra , for whose American tour the play Incanto was written).
Wife - singer Patricia Petibon , they have a son.
