It consists of two island platforms (4 ways), the western one is wider, it is used as the main one in both directions, and the eastern one is rarely used. Connected by footbridge. Translucent canopies are installed in the middle of the platforms. Platforms narrow to the south. Turnstiles at the station were temporarily absent during the repair. Now there is on the main platform.

Exits from the pedestrian bridge to Malakhitovaya street and Yauzskaya alley (in the Losiny Ostrov national park ). Not far from the platform is the Central Clinical Hospital No. 2 named after N.A. Semashko , Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis and other medical institutions.

The travel time from the Yaroslavl station to the platform is 10-11 minutes. About 125 pairs of electric trains stop on the platform per day, and about 40 pairs pass the platform without stopping.

From April 14 [6] to September 1 [7], 2016 was closed for repairs.
