The flag of the municipality " Kesovirsky district " of the Tver region of the Russian Federation is a symbol of the socio-historical and administrative status of the municipality.

The flag was approved on April 4, 2001 [1] and entered into the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with the assignment of registration number 754.
Description
The flag of Kesovogorsk region is a rectangular panel with a 2: 3 aspect ratio, consisting of two vertical stripes: the left - red and right - green. In the center of the upper half of the red stripe is an element of the coat of arms of the Tver region : a yellow Monomakh hat with a brown fur trim and multi-colored stones, lying on a green pillow with a yellow trim and tassels. The emblem of the Kesovogorsky District is reproduced on the green strip.
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: " In a green field, a silver mountain on three ledges, accompanied by three golden crosses ."
Symbols
The flag of Kesovogorsky District is basically a public one. Silver Mountain indicates the name of the village - Kesova Mountain . Three crosses mean that Kesova Gora was once formed from three villages. [2]
