"Monuments of ancient art" - a series of books dedicated to various outstanding cultural monuments: architecture, archeology, decorative and applied art, located on the territory of the former USSR . Well-illustrated books of the album format were published by the publishing house “Art” ( Moscow ) in 1966-1976 . Their authors were famous domestic archaeologists, restorers, art historians.
