He was the editor of the largest online news publications Vesti.ru , Lenta.ru [8] , Gazeta.ru and NEWSru.com . One of the former managers of the Rambler holding and the blog services of the SUP company (he participated in this quality in the improvements of the LiveJournal service), the founder of the Pomogi.org charity foundation [9] . Until March 2011 he served as chief editor of the site Bfm.ru. Biography
Born in the family of the writer Boris Nosik and the philologist- polonist Victoria Mochalova [10] . Father in 2011 was elected an honorary member of the Russian Academy of Arts . Stepfather - artist Ilya Kabakov . Sister Sandra is a professor of sociolinguistics at the French University Franche-Comté [11] . By nationality is a Jew.
He studied in schools number 40 (English specialized) and number 201 (them. Z. and A. Kosmodemyanskih) in 1981-1983.
In 1989 he graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Moscow State Medical and Drug Administration ( Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry ). Medical practice took place in the village of Krasnaya Gorbbatka, Selivanovsky district, Vladimir region [12] .
He emigrated to Israel in 1990, began his journalistic activities there. He led economic news and a column on Internet news in the Russian-language Israeli newspaper Vesti . From 1990 to 1994, he was an active participant in social and political discussions on the Fidonet network in Russia and Israel. He actively participated in the IRC community under the pseudonym Emigrant , in particular in the #russian channel [13] . He was considered one of the pioneers of the Russian-speaking Internet [14] . Together with the team of Artemy Lebedev, he participated in the development of content projects associated with the activities of the Internet provider Cityline and the content provider Netskate.
In 1994-1995 he worked as an editor of the Russian-language newspaper "News from Cyprus", published in Limassol [15] . He wrote a detective novel about the murder of Yitzhak Rabin together with Arkan Kariv . Translated from different languages. He returned to Russia in 1997.
The author of one of the first blogger projects in Runet - “ Evening Internet ”, published in “almost daily” mode, from December 24, 1996 to April 1999, after that the mode became irregular, the latest issue is dated February 14, 2001 [16] .
Among other areas of its activities in the field of Internet projects - cooperation with the FEP , the launch of projects Gazeta.ru , Lenta.ru , Vesti.ru , NTV.ru (now NEWSru ), cursorinfo.co.il [17] and project management of the holding Rambler .
June 16-17, 2004 at the two-day international conference of the OSCE in Paris , dedicated to the identification of the relationship between the propaganda of racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism on the Internet and hate crimes ( eng. Beginning in the fall of 2006, Social Media Evangelist worked at SUP , created by Andrew Paulson and Alexander Mamut , who bought a license from Six Apart (the owner of LiveJournal service) for servicing the “Cyrillic LJ sector” [19] , almost a year later, the same company bought LiveJournal completely.
On May 23, 2008, he took part in the Remix'08 conference [20] , where he participated in an open discussion with Steve Ballmer .
September 10, 2008 Nosik announced his retirement from the company "SUP" [21] .
From October 2009 to March 2011 - Chief Editor of the news resource Bfm.ru.
In 2009, his “universal non-search directory” WhoYOUgle received the Runet Award .
In October 2010, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev added the microblogging of Anton Nosik, registered on Twitter under the nickname dolboed [22], to his friend's tape.
Nosik was known for his critical statements about the domain “ .рф ” - the Cyrillic domain zone , created on the initiative of Medvedev [23] .
In November 2011, he returned to SUP as a media director, but in November 2012 he left it again.
From the middle of 2014 - co-founder of LLC Mokhnaty Cheese, engaged in marketing research and public opinion [11] .
In the past two years, Spout complained of health, moved with a cane , said that "the vessels are naughty" [15] . He died on July 9, 2017 at about two o'clock in the morning from a heart attack at a dacha with friends [24] .

In March 2013, he took part in a series of single pickets for the release of Pussy Riot participants Maria Alekhina and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova [27] .
He took part in the congress “Ukraine - Russia: dialogue”, which was held on April 24–25, 2014 in Kiev [28] .

He sympathized with Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic , called the existence of Azerbaijan as a sovereign state "an annoying historical mistake" [30] . The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry was declared persona non grata [31] .
Commenting on the death of Anton Nosik, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev described him as a “pioneer of the Russian Internet,” who made a significant contribution to its development [32] .
Extremism charge
At the end of 2015, a criminal case was initiated against Anton Nosik under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity) for an article about Syria. According to investigators, on October 1, 2015, Nosik published an article on the Internet with the headline “Erasing Syria from the face of the Earth”, in which, according to linguistic expertise, “signs of incitement of hostility towards Syrians identified on a national-territorial basis” were found [33] . On September 19, 2016, the state prosecution asked Nosik to be guilty and sentenced him to two years in prison [34] . On October 3, 2016, the Presnensky Court of Moscow found Nosik guilty and sentenced him to a fine of 500 thousand rubles [35] . December 15, 2016 Moscow City Court reduced the fine to 300 thousand rubles. In January 2017, the European Court of Human Rights accepted the appeal of Nosik against the Moscow City Court’s judgment.
