Current Status
As of August 2011 , the company is not going through the best period. The scale of production is small, this is due to the fact that the main customer of the enterprise - the Ministry of Defense - reduced the volume of the defense order. In this regard, the need for a large staff decreased. The number of employees reaches 800 people, which is about 10% of the number of employees during the period of maximum development of the enterprise. Mostly veterans work at the enterprise, or, on the contrary, very young specialists who came to the enterprise to gain experience. The “middle” age category is not represented very widely, this is due to the low level of wages, although not the lowest in the industry in the region. The second production site is leased, part of it after sale is put up for sale. Factory kindergartens were transferred to regional and municipal authorities and ceased to exist in the mid -1990s . House of Culture Kozitsky was transferred to the municipality, it houses the Department of Health of the Administration of Omsk , as well as the Sports School for Boxing . Of the infrastructure facilities on the balance sheet of the enterprise are:
- Children's health camp "Energia", operates in a recreation center mode, the intended use is impossible due to the ban of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare , due to the lack of toilets, washbasins and showers in the buildings, as well as the supposedly poor quality of drinking water, while the camps have better balance holders located in the neighborhood and feeding from the same wells, the water quality is for some reason recognized as good;
- dispensary, operates in an empty building with security;
- factory dormitory , working.
Despite all this, the enterprise functions, a fairly wide range of products is produced, young specialists come. In the future, it is planned to combine the SCF them. Kozitsky with the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering and OmPO Irtysh in order to create a special communications cluster. [5] [6]
The financial condition of the enterprise
Net profit for 2013 amounted to 2.6 million rubles, while in 2012 a loss of 45.6 million rubles was recorded. In order to reduce costs, in 2013 the company sold non-core assets by 314.6 million rubles. Revenue from the sale of special equipment in 2013 increased from 170 million rubles. to 316.8 million, and from the execution of the state contract - from 8 million rubles. up to 30 million rubles.
