In 1955 he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute (MARCHI).
For many years he led the architectural and restoration workshop number 7 of the institute "Spetsproektrestavratsiya". In 1990-2000 - Director of the State Research Museum of Architecture. A.V. Schuseva .
He died in Moscow on January 24, 2019.
