Biography

Born on October 28, 1928 in the village of Minger (now the Sabinsky district of Tatarstan ) (according to other sources - in Kazan [1] [2] ).

He graduated from a seven-year school in the village of Timershik, then worked for some time on a collective farm .

From 1945 to 1949 he studied at the Kazan Theater School.

In 1949-1951 and since 1953 - actor of the Tatar Academic Theater. G. Kamala .

He played more than a hundred roles, different - both large and small. And yet, for many years, the actor’s crown role remained the role of Almandar in the play by T. A. Minnullin “The Old Man from the Aldermesh Village”. The image of an old man from the people - wise, sincere, resilient and cheerful, endlessly in love with his native land. A significant milestone in the creative destiny was the play “My Topolek in the Red Headscarf” by Ch. T. Aitmatov , staged in 1965 .

Member of the CPSU from 1958 to 1991 . Member of the Supreme Council of the TASSR ( 1975 - 1980 ). Member of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 11-12 convocations ( 1984 - 1990 ) from the Tatar ASSR [3] .

He died on May 28, 2012 in Kazan . He was buried in the Tatar cemetery in the Novo-Tatar settlement of Kazan [2] .
