Fofay (lao. Fi - fire) - fo, the 19th letter of the Lao alphabet , denotes a deaf labio-dental aspirant . In a syllable it can only be an initial, it refers to consonant axons (lower class) and can form syllables pronounced in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th tone.
