Emblem Description
On the shield, in the intersected azure (blue) and scarlet (red) field, a silver anchor and two silver bunchuk on the golden poles crosswise; on top of the anchor and the poles - a golden (yellow) jagged belt, encumbered with a scarlet tulip flower with two green leaves; the ends of the bunchuk are laid over the belt [2] .
Emblem Reproduction
Reproduction of the coat of arms of the city is permitted on seals, letterheads, business cards of the city administration and its structural divisions, the City Duma, municipal enterprises, as well as on various types of printed materials manufactured at the request of the city administration or the City Duma.
The emblem of the city is placed on the signs installed at the entrance to the city, on the facade and in the interiors of the city administration building.
Reproduction of the coat of arms in one-color version is allowed.
The image of the coat of arms in any other cases, as well as for advertising purposes, is established by a resolution of the head of administration [2] .
