Scene Kids ( Rus. Children of the Scene , also often just Scene ) - a young musical subculture, formed from the English subculture of the Chavs and fans of the music genre Crankcore subsequently [1] . The basic rule of the Xi'in Kidi is the thesis of the intentional wearing of those clothes that are contrary to fashion trends in a given period of time, and ignoring social norms. At the same time, the subculture itself retains its own fashion, which is largely associated with youth movements of the 2000s.

History
Scene children arose in the UK in the late 1990s, when some of the chava representatives began experimenting with alternative fashion [2] . She mainly took elements of the fashion of emo , indie rock , rave and Japanese rock fashion [1] . Subsequently, the movement spread throughout the English-speaking world in the mid-2000s [3] . The name “Xiin Kid” came from the term “scene queen” ( Russian Queen of the Scene ), which in the 1970s was derogatoryly called musicians and fans of glam rock , for their emphasized androgynous appearance, and then in the UK the address of “posers” from rock subcultures [4] .
Due to the fact that modern Xi'ing kiddies have been heavily influenced by emo culture, as the most popular subculture of the first half of 2000, there has been a frequent confusion between these two subcultures. So, parents can have a negative attitude towards the enthusiasm of their children for the Xiin subculture, considering it preaching suicide and depression, confusing them with emo. In view of this, many Xin Kidis accuse emo of “raping a subculture”, emo, on the contrary, accuse Xiin Kid of “emulating emo only in order to stay in modern fashionable directions” [2] . From the outside, this is often seen as “conflicts over the territory”, and the relationship between subcultures is considered very tense [2] .
First of all, a similar situation arose due to the most popular genre of children in the scene, the Crankcore genre, which at the same time has partial roots in emo culture and is greatly influenced by it. Subsequently, it even allowed music critics to call the crankcore performers “ screamo groups without tools” [5] .
Criticism
Traditionally, stage children are criticized by both the media and representatives of other subcultures. For example, Travis Haight from The Easteiner website accuses them of a poor knowledge of the history of their own subculture, and also compares them with “posers” from other youth movements. At the end of the article, he concludes that the children of the scene themselves are to blame for the negative attitude of society towards themselves [6] . At the same time, Warren Ellis called Brokencyde 's FreaXXX music video “an almost perfect portrayal of all the crap in modern culture” [7] .
