The flag of the intracity municipality is the Ozero Dolgoe municipal district in the Primorsky district of the city of St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation - an identification mark serving as the official symbol of the municipality and a sign of the unity of its population.

Description
“The flag of the Municipal Formation Municipal District of Lake Dolgoe is a rectangular panel with the ratio of the width of the flag to the length - 2: 3, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the Municipal Formation of the Municipal District Lake Dolgoe in colors."
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: “ In a field intersected by silver and scarlet (red), in silver - the included azure (blue, blue) tipped point, in the scarlet - a silver rafter; on top of that is a golden sitting swan to the right with no visible paws, with wings raised and a golden tongue . ”
Symbols
The flag was compiled on the basis of the coat of arms of the municipality of Lake Dolgoe, in accordance with the traditions and rules of heraldry and reflects historical, cultural, socio-economic, national and other local traditions.
The name of the locality “Dolgoe Lake”, as the name implies, came from a lake that was partially filled up in the 1980s. Meanwhile, the name of the lake has been known since the XVIII century. According to the “Toponymic Encyclopedia”, it is a translation of the pre-Petrine Finnish name of these places “Pitkäjärvi”, which meant a long lake. Predominantly marsh and forest-covered lands in the 19th - first half of the 20th centuries were used mainly for hunting forest and swamp game.
The coat of arms of the Yakovlev family, who owned these lands, is given in the fourth part of the General Tombstone of the noble families of the All-Russian Empire, begun in 1797: blue triangle with a golden cross. In the lower part in a red field there was a silver rafter and on the sides of it there are two golden octagonal stars ... "

Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of divine radiance, grace, strength, grandeur, sunlight. It also symbolizes power, strength, constancy, nobility, justice, fidelity.
White color ( silver ) - purity of thoughts, truthfulness, innocence, nobleness, frankness, integrity, hope.
