Tatyanapion laticeps (lat.) - a species of beetles from the family of the seed-eater ( subtriba Oxystomatina , tribe Oxystomatini , subfamily Apioninae ). The only species of the genus Tatyanapion Legalov, 1997 , which was named in honor of Tatyana Pavlovna Legalova. [one]

Description
The length of the black shiny body is 2.4-2.6 mm. Elytra sometimes with bluish sheen. The paws, and sometimes the tibia and the 1st segment of the antennae are dark brown. Mustache scape from tan to reddish brown. The head narrows behind the eyes. Antennas 1.22-2.04 times longer than rostrum; mace 3-segmented. Rostrum short, slightly curved down. On grassy plants of the species China meadow ( lat. Láthyrus praténsis , family Legumes ( Fabaceae )). [one]

Northeastern Europe, Western Siberia and Northwest Kazakhstan . Finland Russia : Arkhangelsk, Leningrad region, Kirov, Kurgan, Novosibirsk, Tomsk regions, Altai Territory. [one]
