Bolshoi Karnysh is a river in Russia , flows in the Nikolsky district of the Vologda region . The mouth of the river is 48 km on the right bank of the Lundong River. The length of the river is 12 km.

The source of the river is located east of the village of Nikolskoye and the non-residential village of Gorka, 42 km south-west of Nikolsk . The river flows through an uninhabited forest in a southerly direction.
