It flows through the territory of the Mosalsky district . The source is near the village of Shubino , flows into the Ressa river, 68 km from its mouth on the left bank, near the village of Taraskovo . The river is 14 km long.
Along the river are: the district center - the city of Mosalsk , the villages of Ivonino and Taraskovo, the villages of Shubino, Harinka , Zubovo and Pishchalovo .
