Karagailinka is a river in the Kemerovo region of Russia. The mouth of the river is located 31 km along the left bank of the Krivoy Uskat river, in the village of Karagayla . The river is 13 km long.

According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Verkhneobsky Basin District , the water sector of the river Tom from Novokuznetsk to the city of Kemerovo , the river sub-basin of the river Tom. The river basin - (Upper) Ob until the confluence of the Irtysh [2] .
