Ketarsha is a seasonal river. Although the length of the river is 31 km, most of the riverbed has dried up and is filled only in the flood, a real permanent watercourse begins only on the last kilometers in the village of Buturlino .
The source of the river is southeast of the village of Inkino ( Kochunovsky village council ). The general direction of the channel is northwest, then northeast. On the river are the villages of Inkino ( Kochunovsky village council ) and Pergaley (Yagubovsky village council ). Inflow - Inelei (left), also with a dry bed. Ketarsha flows into Drunk near the village of Buturlino .
