It begins on the northern slope of Mount Cebar, belonging to the Berchtulimeer ridge [3] . It flows in a general westerly direction through the villages of Tlondod and Khushtad [3] . The mouth of the river is located 77 km along the right bank of the Andiyskoy Koisu river [4] opposite the village of Agvali [3] .
The main tributary, the Tsinbakhli River, flows to the right [3] .
