It flows northward through the territory of the Gryazovets district . The source is located on the border with the Yaroslavl region, flows into the river Lezhu 74 km from its mouth on the left bank. The channel is winding, the width of the valley in the lower reaches is up to 600 m, the flow velocity is up to 0.6 m / s. The length of the river is 77 km, the catchment area is 329 km². Along the river are settlements of Sidorovsky rural settlement .
