Pezya-Denga

Pesya-Denga - a river in Russia , flows in the Totemsky district of the Vologda region . The river mouth is located 277 km along the left bank of the Sukhona River within the city of Totma . The length of the river is 26 km [2] .

The source is located in the swamps, 16 km north-west of Totma. Pesya-Denga flows southeast. In the upper and middle reaches of settlements on the river there is no, in the lower course the river flows through the villages of Lunevo , Ostaninskaya , Ivoilovo , Molokovo , Pritykino , Chobotovo ( Pyatovskoye municipal formation ) located not far from Totma. It falls into Sukhona in the southern part of the town of Totma.

The largest tributaries are the Zharovka , Kovda . The Kovda flows into the Pesu-Dengu within the limits of Totma, in the place of the confluence stands the Savior-Sumorin monastery .

According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Dvinsko-Pechora basin district , the water management section of the river is Northern Dvina from the beginning of the river to the confluence of the Vychegda river, without the South and Sukhona rivers (from the source to the Kubensky hydroelectric complex ), the river sub basin of the river Sukhona. The river basin is the Northern Dvina [2] .
