Description

The Oktyabrsky district is located in the southeastern part of Grozny on a hilly foothill plain. ^[18] Borders in the west with Zavodsky and in the north with the Leninsky districts of the city of Grozny, and in the south and east with the Grozny district of the Chechen Republic .
