Foam - a river in Russia , flows in the Obozersky city settlement of the Plesetsk district of the Arkhangelsk region. It originates west of the tract Uyta . In the upper stream flows from west to east, then flows through the Obozerskoe swamp from south to north. In the lower reaches, it turns to the northwest. A small channel connects to the river River Pakhtalnoe, the Uyta river flows below. The mouth of the river is 130 km along the right bank of the Vaimuga River in the tract Ustpenskaya Plotina . The length of the river is 23 km.

According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Dvina-Pechora Basin District , the water sector of the river is the Northern Dvina from the confluence of the Vaga River to the mouth, without the Pinega River , the river sub-basin of the river is the Northern Dvina below the confluence of the Vychegda and the Small Northern Dvina. The river basin is the Northern Dvina [2] .
