Geography
The Malaya Sviyaga River originates in the village of Vodoratsky Vyselki . It flows north-east past the settlements of Akshuat , Starotimoshkino , Zarechnoye , Smolkovo , Bestuzhevka . It flows into Sviyaga opposite the village of Vetlovka . The mouth of the river is located 338 km along the left bank of the Sviyaga River . The length of the river is 41 km, the catchment area is 525 km² [2] .
Main tributaries: Kalda and Chechera .

According to the Russian State Water Register, it belongs to the Upper Volga Basin District , the water sector of the river is Sviyaga from the source to the village of Alsheevo , the river sub-basin is the Volga from the Oka inlet to the Kuibyshev reservoir (without the Sura basin).
