The water sector of the river is Samara from the water meter post at the village of Elshanka to the city of Samara (above the city), without the Bolshoy Kinel River . Usakla does not have a river sub-basin, and its river basin is the Volga from the upper Kuibyshev reservoir to the confluence with the Caspian [2] .
