Sand - a river in Russia , flows in the Tver region. According to the topographic map, the river is formed by the confluence of the Tushanka and Gorokhovka rivers near the village of Dashkino. The water level mark at this place is 145.2 m. The mouth of the river is 28 km on the right bank of the Boloteya River. The water level at the mouth is 141.7 m. The length of the river according to the register is 26 km, which contradicts the map (probably, when compiling the register, the Tushanka river was identified with the Pesochnaya).
