Revda (river)

The source is located on the northern slope of Mount Rassolnoy at an altitude of approximately 480 meters. It has 41 tributaries (the largest are Daleka and Ik ). At the mouth, the river has a width of 30 m, a depth of 0.7-1.0 m, and a flow velocity of 0.4 m / s. The level of the edge of the mouth is 296.2 meters. Given the above data, the slope is 2.0 ppm. The pool area is 818 km². Above the Mariinsky Pond, it has a width of 17 m, a depth of 0.5 m, and a flow velocity of 0.2 - 0.5 m / s. At the beginning of the last century, on the arrow formed by the Revda River when it flowed into Chusovaya, teacher P.N. Beloglazov discovered an ancient man’s site. Flint lights, the remains of ceramic dishes with ornaments, arrowheads were found.
