Middle Lyaga , Sherlyaga - a river in Russia , flows through the territory of the Trinity-Pechora region of the Komi Republic . The mouth of the river is 1371 km on the right bank of the Pechora River. The river is 44 km long.

The river originates in the western part of the Pidzhnyur swamp. It flows south, in the lower reaches it turns south-west, the entire course passes through an uninhabited, partially swampy forest [2] . A large number of small tributaries flow into the river, mainly left, collecting water from vast swampy taiga territories. The channel is very winding, in the lower reaches forms old women . Tributaries - Sherlyagovozh, Lagavozh, Yenedyol, Valganyol, Kydzjol, Nalim-Yol, Kunitsa-Yol, Kerkoyol, Niyashor (all are left). It flows into Pechora near the village of Sherlyaga .
