Lower Sochi

Nizhnyaya Soch is a river in Russia that flows through the territory of the Vuktyl district and the Troitsko-Pechora region of the Komi Republic . The mouth of the river is 118 km along the left bank of the Kogel River. The river is 33 km long.

The source of the river in the swamps 100 km north-east of Troitsko-Pechorsk . The river flows from the source to the northwest, then turns west. The entire course passes in an uninhabited, hilly taiga. Most of the current passes through the Trinity-Pechora region, flows downstream to the Vuktyl district. Tributaries - Sochiol (right), Little Soch (left). It flows into Kogel, 70 km southeast of Vuktyl [2] .
