The church was built in 1855 at the expense of the parishioners as the Intercession Church of the village of Yule July Sarapul County, 3rd Deanery District of the Vyatka Diocese.

The peasant-farm economy - Alexander Semenovich Korobeynikov - is one of the first in the Votkinsk region, they cultivate more than 60 hectares of arable land with their whole family, receive unprecedented harvests of potatoes and vegetables.

The development of personal subsidiary plots of the villagers is progressing successfully. In personal subsidiary farms of residents there are more than 80 units of tractors and trailed units of small-scale mechanization, 301 hectares of personal land are cultivated. The development of education in the municipality "July" is carried out in the framework of the national project "Education". Municipal Educational Institution “July Secondary School” is a republican methodological platform for developing the content of education of an agrotechnological profile, a regional methodological platform for the implementation of information and communication technologies in the mode of personality-oriented learning, and a full-time school. The school improves the system of educational and educational work, introduces information and communication, health-saving technologies, and carries out a personality-oriented approach.
