Georgia Moffett was born on December 25, 1984 in West London to the family of actors Peter Davison (his real name is Peter Moffett) and Sandra Dickinson. Attended St. Edward’s School at Oxford ^[1] .

Career

Moffett made her television debut at the age of 15 years in 1999 in the TV series "Peak Practice", playing Niki Davy. In 2004–2005 , she played Alice Harding on the TV show “Where the Heart Is”, and also performed with her father, Peter Davison, on the TV shows Fear, Stress and Anger and The Last Detective.

In 2007, her theatrical debut in the role of Matilda Verlaine in the play "Total Eclipse".

In May 2008, Moffett appeared in the role of Jenny, the cloned daughter of the Doctor , in the Doctor 's Daughter series of Doctor Who , where David Tennant was in the role of the tenth Doctor . Her father, Peter Davison, previously played the fifth incarnation of the Doctor . In August 2008, Moffett co-starred in one of the episodes of the series “Ghosts: Code 9” on BBC Three as Kylie Roman.

In 2009, she voiced the role of Cassie Rice in the animated adventures of Doctor Who: Land of Dreams, and also portrayed Lady Vivian in the series “Sweet Dreams” of the series “ Merlin ”.

In June 2010, she appeared in a small play by Curie, and also played a cameo role as the wife of a junior detective in the television drama “Thorn”.

In March 2011, she got the role of Emma in the British sitcom “ White Van Man ”, which lasted two seasons before it was closed. In May 2012, Georgia made her debut in the play “What the Butler Saw” at the Vaudeville Theater in London.

Personal life

On March 27, 2002, the first son of Tai Peter Moffett-Martin was born to Georgia (after adoption by David Tennant — Tai Peter Tennant) ^[4] . Together with her son, Georgia appeared in the British reality show “ Four Weddings ” and in the series “ Doctor Who: Confidential ”. He interviewed her for the BBC website. Tay attends the school school in Shepperton, owned by his grandmother Sandre Dickinson ^[5] , and debuted in May 2010 in a television advertisement for The Great British Teddy Bear Company. He also played a role in The Five (ish) Doctors Reboot.

In January 2011, several newspapers in the UK reported that Moffett was engaged to actor David Tennant . On March 29, 2011, Georgia and David had a daughter, Olive, and in September 2011, David officially adopted the son of Georgia, Ty. Moffett and Tennant's wedding took place on December 30, 2011. ^[6] In May 2013, she gave birth to a son Wilfred. On November 9, 2015, her husband, David Tennant, announced that he and his wife had a girlfriend, who was named Doris ^[7] .

In May 2019, it became known that the spouses Tennant are expecting their fifth child.

Moffett is helping the Straight Talking charity, whose goal is to educate young girls about teenage pregnancy ^[8] .
