Baron Joseph von Anders ( German: Josef von Anders ; 1851 , Nassau - November 9, 1927 , Graz ) - Austrian lawyer.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Graz , defended his thesis there, rehabilitated himself with the work “On the Theory of Copyright on Literary and Artistic Works” ( German: Beiträge zur Lehre vom literarischen und artistischen Urheberrechte ; 1879 , published 1881 ), worked and taught all his life.
The most significant works are The Fundamentals of Family Law ( German: Grundriss des Familienrechts ; 1899 , reprinted 1911 ) and The Fundamentals of Inheritance Law ( German: Grundriss des Erbrechts ; 1899 , reprinted 1910 ).
