Community of countries of Latin America and the Caribbean ( Spanish: Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños, CELAC , port Comunidade de Estados Latino-Americanos e Caribenhos , French Communauté des États Latino- Amérimeens étenmeens énémemeens énémemeens énérimeens némemeens étenmeens étenmeens étenmeens étenmeensen et Caribische landen ) is the provisional [1] name of the regional bloc of Latin American and Caribbean countries , founded on February 23, 2010 during the joint summit of the Rio Group and the Caribbean Community [2] in Playa del Carmen [2] [3] . The official name, as well as the goals and objectives of the organization, should be determined at the summits planned to be held in 2011 in Venezuela and in 2012 in Chile [1] . At the same time, the summit scheduled for July 5 in Caracas was postponed to December 9 [4] of 2011 due to the health status of Hugo Chavez [5] .
