Biography

  • He began his service on January 1, 1781, as a sergeant in the Life Guards Preobrazhensky Regiment .
  • In January 1783 he joined the army and was assigned to lieutenant lieutenant in the Tula Musketeer Regiment.
  • In February 1785, he was appointed the adjutant wing to the headquarters of the General-General, Prince Dolgorukov .
  • In May 1788 he was promoted to second major with the transfer to the Astrakhan (subsequently Kherson) grenadier regiment . With this regiment he participated in campaigns: in 1788 - to the city of Ochakovo , during the whole siege, and also in the storming of this city; in 1789, when the Turkish three-bunched pasha was defeated in Cape Kaushani and occupied the cities of Akkerman and Bender .
  • On April 23, 1792, he entered the provincial staff as a lieutenant general.
  • February 15, 1795 decided on the Rostov Carabinieri Regiment, with renaming as lieutenant colonels .
  • On July 1, 1796 he was transferred to the 3rd Caucasian Jäger Battalion , with which in 1796 - 1797 he participated in an expedition in Persia against Surkhay Khan Kizykutyk.
  • September 24, 1797 , to disband the aforementioned battalion, entered the Astrakhan Grenadier Regiment.
  • On April 9, 1798, he was promoted to colonel with the appointment to Bakhmut as commandant and chief of his regiment's garrison name.
  • On June 8, 1799 he was granted the rank of Major General , with resignation in the same posts.
  • March 4, 1800 dismissed from service with the rank of lieutenant general and with the right to wear a uniform.
  • On August 9, 1800, he was appointed Governor of Astrakhan , renamed Privy Councilor .
  • On July 19, 1802, he was dismissed with half his salary. According to other sources, he was governor from 1800 to 1804 [5] .
  • Living at the exit from service in Moscow, during the invasion of the French army in the capital, he was captured and robbed, and the decree on his resignation was lost. At the request of the issuance of a new decree, the Government of the Senate was determined on August 14, 1816 .
