Berezhki (the historical name is Pogorelovka ) is a village in the Zhukovsky district of the Bryansk region as part of the Khodilovichsky rural settlement .
It is located 4 km north of the village of Hodilovichi , on the right bank of the Vetma .

History
It has been mentioned since the second half of the 18th century as the suburb Pogorelaya . In the XIX century - the village of Pogorelovka, the possession of the Pravikovs, later the estate of Smorchevsky. Consisted in the parish of the village Foshni .
From 1861 to 1880s was part of the Molotkovsky parish of the Bryansk district , then until the 1920s . in the Voronov volost , later in the Zhukovsk volost , in the Zhukovskiy district (from 1929 ). Until 1968 she was a member of the Sakovsky Village Council, in 1968 - 2005 . - in Kosilovsky village council.
In 1964, by the Decree of the Presidium of the RSFSR Supreme Soviet, the village of Pogorelovka was renamed Berezhki [2] .
