Negotino is a village in the Zhukovsky district of the Bryansk region , part of the Ovstug rural settlement .
It is located on the right bank of the Desna , 3 km north of the village of Ovstug . The population is 38 people ( 2010 ).

History
First mentioned in the 18th century ; former possession of the Vepreisky, Tyutchev and other landowners. She was in the parish of the village of Vschizh .
From 1861 to 1929 in the Ovstug volost of Bryansk (from 1921 - Bezhitsky ) county; since 1929 in the Zhukovsky district.
Until the 1930s was the center of the Negotinsky village council, later in the Ovstugsky village council.
