History

It was first mentioned in the XVII century , as part of the Undercity camp of the Bryansk district . Since the XVIII century - the ownership of the Tyutchevs . Consisted in the parish of the village of Vschizh , from the beginning of the XIX century - the village of Ovstug .

From 1861 to 1929 in the Ovstug volost of the Bryansk (from 1921 - Bezhitsky ) county, later in the Zhukovsky district (until 2005 it was part of the Ovstug village council).
