Stetsenko Street - a street in Podolsky , Svyatoshinsky and Shevchenkovsky districts of the city of Kiev . It runs from Academician Schusev Street and the railway overpass to Academician Palladin Avenue and City Street in the area of Gostomelskaya Square .
The streets of Stetsenko are adjacent to the streets of Saratovskaya , Vladimir Salsky , Daniil Shcherbakovsky , Marshal Grechko , Igor Turchin , Tupolev , Gas Pipeline and Valery Marchenko Square .
The street appeared in the middle of the XX century. The modern name - in honor of the composer K. G. Stetsenko - since 1957. In 1977, part of Gostomelsky highway (between the current Tupolev and Gorodskaya Streets) was attached to Stetsenko Street, after which it acquired modern dimensions.

Development
The street began to be built up in the 1960s, mainly with panel five-story buildings of the 1-480-15k series and brick five-story buildings of the 1-511 series (" Khrushchev "). On the interval between the streets of Gazoprovodnaya and Gorodskoy, Stetsenko Street runs through the territory of the garden and cottage areas "Berkovets".
