Biography

Igor Viktorovich Alyoshin was born in the city of Kurgan on September 22, 1965. His father Viktor Vasilyevich Aleshin was a military man (military pilot). Mother Olga Maksimovna Alyoshina (Kvachenyuk) worked as a mechanic at the plant. By the way, she comes from Belarus (Grodno region), where the childhood of the future police general passed. In his youth, Igor Aleshin seriously engaged in parachuting. He made more than 70 jumps, but the last time he jumped back in 16 years. He was engaged in sambo, became the third in the all-Union youth championship Dynamo.

Before entering the Omsk Higher Police School, he worked for a year in the communications department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Kurgan Region. Without military service in the armed forces, they were admitted only to the Omsk Higher Police School.

In 1987, after graduating from the Omsk Higher Police School , he began a criminal investigation service at the Soviet Department of Internal Affairs in Kurgan and the Internal Affairs Directorate in Kurgan Region .

Since 1989 - in various positions in the Department of Criminal Investigation and units for combating economic crimes in the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Omsk Region .

Since December 1999 - Head of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Omsk Region.

Since February 2002, he was the first deputy chief of the Omsk Region Internal Affairs Directorate and the head of the criminal police.

From December 2006 to November 30, 2008 - Minister of the Interior for the Republic of Karelia .

From December 1, 2008 to June 11, 2011 - Minister of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Bashkortostan .

On March 31, 2011, police lieutenant-general Alyoshin was given the special rank of police lieutenant-general and he was again appointed Minister of the Interior for the Republic of Bashkortostan [1] .

From June 11, 2011 to June 14, 2012 - Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation [2] [3] .

From mid-2012 to 2013, he worked as Vice President for Security and Human Resources, member of the Management Board, Vice President for Security and Asset Protection of CJSC Medsi Group of Companies, which is part of Sistema JSFC [4] .

In January 2013, he was appointed Advisor to the President of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC [5] , which is part of Sistema JSFC.
